4 steps to start Sleep tracking

  1. 01. Put on Galaxy Watch before going to sleep.

  2. 02. Sleep data is automatically linked when the mobile Health app is running.
  3. 03. Click 'Sleep' on the Home tab.
  4. 04. See detail data such as Sleep efficiency and REM in the Track tab.
